Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – Premiums are automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account.

To get started, complete our California Request For EFT C-2287 form and send it to us by mail, fax or email.

Direct billing – A billing notice is mailed to you 22 days prior to your premium due date.

We allow a grace period of up to 31 days. If the premium is not paid by the time the grace period ends, the contract terminates.
